Me chamo Andrea Laudádio, sou filha amada de Deus, esposa do Joás, mãe da Carol e vovó do Pedro. Minha jornada profissional abrange mais de 15 anos de experiência em grandes empresas, onde atuei em regime CLT, acumulando vasto conhecimento nas áreas de Recursos Humanos e desenvolvimento de pessoas.

Após anos trabalhando em ambientes corporativos, tomei a decisão transformadora de cumprir meu propósito: ajudar as pessoas a alcançarem seu pleno potencial. Essa escolha me levou a me tornar palestrante e mentora, dedicando minha carreira a oferecer serviços de coaching e desenvolvimento pessoal tanto para empresas quanto para indivíduos.
